Registration has opened! Link at the bottom of this page directs you to the registration form.
The following registration fees apply. Discounts are available for (A) the members of Nordic geological societies and (B) students (including PhD students).

The registration fees include lunches and coffee during the conference, conference material and the icebreaking party.
You can present a poster or give a talk in one of our sessions. If you wish to do so you will be asked to provide an abstract after the registration.
Terms and conditions of cancellation
Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your participation.
Your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation at any time before the meeting.
Complete cancellation is also possible. If you cancel your participation to the meeting before 13 December 2015 your payment will be fully refunded. If you cancel between 13 December 2015 and 8 January 2016 half of the total amount paid will be refunded to you. After this no refunds will be made.
Abstract guidelines
Each participant can submit only one abstract through the registration system. If you wish to have more, please contact the organizers. It cannot be guaranteed that your additional abstracts are accepted.
The maximum allowed abstract file size is 2 MB and the allowed file types are .docx, .doc, .rtf, .odt. Please read the instructions below and use the template. As specified in the instructions, your abstract should fit into one column of one page. Here you can download the Abstract template and here are the Instructions for using the abstract template.
